Application
to ICT
General Application Procedures
There are five semesters in an academic
year. Students can attend the
college in any of the following terms: Winter (January), Spring (April),
Summer (July), Fall/1 (September), and Fall/2(November).
Our application procedure is as follows:
1. Fax your student
Application
Form and the last
three year transcripts to our office. If the applicant is qualified, we
will return by fax or e-Mail an Offer of Admission, which is used for school
fee payment, not for visa. (e-Mail us
if you need an application form or more inquiries)

2. After receipt of the application fee and tuition fee,
and optional fees such as boarding fee, health insurance and etc. (which
may be helpful to visa application, but it is up to the applicant and
his/her parents' choice), we will then issue
originals of Letter of Acceptance and General Receipt, which
are used for Study
Permit application.
